CHILDREN’S IMMUNIZATIONS: 2 months - 19 yrs:

3. More than one child? Please book one appointment slot per child that will be attending, and ensure they are not at the same time.

Note: Our clinics are FULLY BOOKED, please arrive on time or your appointment may need to be re-scheduled. Nurses require the entire appointment to provide service.

ADULT IMMUNIZATION:

• Adult immunization appointments are reserved for complex immunization needs (ex. post-transplant). If you require immunization for school, work, or travel, please contact a pharmacy for an appointment.

TUBERCULOSIS (TB) SKIN TEST:

• TB skin tests require follow up two days after initial appointment to receive test results.
• A $40 fee may be applied (ex. for school/work).
